Rooted in Classical Realism: The Drawings of Joseph Sheppard

Exhibition Dates: June 28, 2026–June 27, 2027
Opening Reception: Sunday, June 28, 2026

This new exhibition of acclaimed artist Joseph Sheppard’s work explores his talent as a draftsman and painter. Completed over the past six decades of Sheppard’s remarkable career, the drawings featured showcase the artist’s love of anatomy and mastery of the medium.

Biennial Maryland Regional Juried Art Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: May 24–August 9, 2026

The 6th BMRE features approximately 45 works in various mediums from artists throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia. Awards and cash prizes��were presented to the winners at the opening reception.
