Social Entrepreneur and Baltimore Native Wes Moore and Maryland State Senator Paul Pinsky to Deliver Keynote Addresses; Ceremonies Will Be Available Live Via Webcasts

ADELPHI, Md. (Dec. 2, 2019)—ºÚÁÏÇ鱨վ will hold its first winter commencement ceremonies under its new name—University of Maryland University College became ºÚÁÏÇ鱨վ on July 1—at the Xfinity Center in College Park, Maryland, on Saturday, Dec. 14.  Approximately 2,000 students are scheduled to graduate during two ceremonies held that day.

  • 9 a.m., Xfinity Center, College Park Keynote speaker: Wes Moore, chief executive officer at Robin Hood, social entrepreneur, combat veteran and author
  • 3:30 p.m., Xfinity Center, College Park Keynote speaker: Senator Paul Pinsky, Maryland General Assembly
